Nestled in the rolling hills of the Blue Mountains lives a girl and her herd.
We create unforgettable experiences with our herd of alpacas and the world famous Lloree Llamas.
It all started when a girl, Samantha, fell in love with a Llama, Lluka. And as that love grew, so did the herd! What began as one Llama quickly escalated to a beautiful Llama and 2 loving Alpacas, and before we knew it, our herd was formed. What began as a passion for animals became a farm, lovingly known as Alpine Ridge Alpacas.
Alpacas love to munch on grass or hay. And what do they like for dessert? Our herd likes to eat watermelon, apples, cucumbers and carrots!
THERE IS SO MUCH TO LEARN ABOUT ALPACAS! HERE ARE A FEW OF OUR FAVOURITE FACTS:
Alpacas spit as a form of communication. This often happens during feeding times, to assert their dominance. It's their version of a "food fight!"
There are 2 different types of Alpacas; Suri and Huacaya. Suri Alpacas have lustrous fiber locks that grow like dreadlocks and Huacaya have crimpy fiber that stands up from the skin and makes them look like teddy bears.

Alpine Ridge Alpacas just got a little extra....
Meet the newest (and most mischievous) members of the herd: GOATS!
That’s right—these hoofed hooligans have trotted their way into our hearts and are ready to namaste and play with you.
We are now offering private Goat Yoga sessions (yes, downward goat is a thing) and guided goat walks through our scenic trails by private appointment only. It’s fresh air, furry friends, and a whole lot of fun—minus the crowds, plus the chaos (in the best way).
Take a lighthearted stroll with our goofy, curious goats, then unwind in the pasture for some relaxed snuggle time, belly laughs, and pure farm magic. This 45-minute guided experience blends gentle goat antics with peaceful, joy-filled moments on the farm. We’ll start with a short walk (don’t be surprised if the goats take the scenic route), then settle into our cozy pasture where you can feed, scratch, and snuggle.
Whether you’re looking for lighthearted fun, a sweet family outing, or a feel-good way to connect with nature, this experience is all about good company and great vibes. Please Note - Goats and Giggles is currently running at a nearby farm - same goats, same cuteness, just a different location for now while we get their new home ready here!
A joyful pause in your day—with goats (and maybe a llama kiss)
Our gentle goat yoga sessions are all about slowing down, soaking up the fresh air, and finding joy in the unexpected (like a goat climbing onto your mat mid-pose). It’s lighthearted, low-pressure, and guaranteed to make you smile.
Whether you're here for the stretches, the snuggles, or just some much-needed farm vibes, this class is the perfect mix of movement, mindfulness, and goat mischief. Expect feel-good stretches, calming breathwork, and lots of chances for goat cuddles and photos.
No experience needed — just come as you are, bring your sense of humour, and prepare for the most delightfully unpredictable yoga class you’ve ever taken.
Goats provided. Good vibes guaranteed.
Please note: Goat yoga is open to guests ages 13 +
Private Sessions are available.
Please Note - Gentle Goat Yoga is currently held at a nearby farm - same adorable goats, same relaxing and fun experience, just a different location for now while we prepare their new home with us!
Take a deep breath, roll out your mat, and get ready to share your flow with some very curious (and very cute) yoga buddies — goats!
