At Blue Mountain Goat Yoga, we believe wellness should be joyful. Our classes combine gentle, beginner-friendly yoga with the playful energy of our curious goats. As you move through your practice, our goats wander freely around the space; bringing laughter, unexpected cuddles, and plenty of unforgettable moments.
Whether you're here for the yoga, the goats, or simply to spend time outdoors on the farm, you’ll leave smiling.
Blue Mountain Goat Yoga was created to bring together movement, laughter, and the simple joy of spending time with animals. What started as a love for animals and sharing farm experiences with others has grown into something really special. We love creating moments where people can slow down, laugh, and connect with animals in a meaningful way.
We work with a team of wonderful yoga instructors who guide each session in a relaxed and welcoming way. Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to feel more fun than formal, so whether you’ve done yoga before or not, you’ll feel right at home.
And while our instructors are there to guide you through the flow…the goats sometimes have their own plans.
Expect a few interruptions, lots of laughs, and a class that never takes itself too seriously.
Our goats are the heart of Blue Mountain Goat Yoga - here's why:
We have a herd of 12 goats made up of three different families, each with their own unique personalities. Some are curious and love to explore, some are professional cuddlers, and others are happy to simply wander around and supervise the class.
They’re all incredibly sweet and love being around people so don’t be surprised if you make a few new goat friends… and maybe even fall in love with them.
Join one of our upcoming goat yoga sessions on the farm. Classes are beginner-friendly and designed to be fun, relaxed, and full of laughter as our playful goats wander through the class.
Perfect for friends, couples, or anyone looking for a unique experience.
Planning something special? We offer private goat yoga sessions for groups. Perfect for Bachelorette parties, Birthday celebrations, Corporate team building, Girls’ day out, Family get togethers, etc..
We’ll work with you to plan a fun and memorable experience at the farm. Planning a bachelorette party in the Blue Mountains? Goat yoga is the most unforgettable way to start the celebration
Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to be relaxed, lighthearted, and fun. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, everyone is welcome.
They might but our goats are a little on the chunky side, so they’re more likely to come over for cuddles and attention rather than climbing. Our goats love snuggles and being around people, so expect curious noses, goat kisses, and lots of laughs.
No problem! If you’re more interested in goat cuddles than yoga, we recommend booking our Goats & Giggles experience at Alpine Ridge Alpacas.
You can also email us if you’re interested in booking a private goat cuddle session.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. Keep in mind that goats can be a little like toddlers — sometimes they put things in their mouths that they shouldn’t! We recommend avoiding loose strings or clothing you’d be upset about getting a little dusty.
Farm-appropriate clothing is always a good idea.
All goat yoga sessions take place outdoors on the farm.
We carefully monitor the weather leading up to your class. If conditions are not suitable for the goats or the experience, we may reschedule your session to another available date. Because of the nature of outdoor farm experiences, sessions may be adjusted due to weather.
In order to create the best experience for our guests, animals, and yoga instructors, we have a fair cancellation policy.
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to your session are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking are non-refundable, as we have reserved space and scheduled instructors for your experience.
If we need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to move your booking to another available date.
No. Because our farm operates on a septic system, we are unable to provide public washrooms. We recommend planning accordingly before arriving.
No — visits are by appointment only.
This is our private residence and we also have working farm dogs on site. For the safety of our animals and guests, we ask that all visitors book in advance before arriving
It’s completely up to you. You’re welcome to bring your own mat, but we do have a few available if needed.
That said, goats are livestock and may occasionally nibble, step on things, or… go to the bathroom whenever they please. Many guests prefer bringing a towel instead of a mat.
